This past semester, Phi Mu has had a variety of sisterhood events. But the most recent one being, a mock tails and canvas party. At this event, sisters could follow an artist while she painted a simple but colorful dandelion and rainbow scene.
The event took place at The Little Golden Fox in downtown Madison, Indiana. The company sells all kinds of art supplies and hosts several wine and canvas, pottery and other art classes monthly.
As we arrived, there was a table set up with fruit, cheese, crackers, and various recipes to make a yummy mock tail, such as a Shirley Temple. Girls were able to follow the artist or create their own masterpiece during the session.
As my sisters were painting, I loved watching people attempt to follow the artist or try to create something on their own. It was fun trying to follow the artist, while still being creative!
